Billy Bob Bridges "The Real Estate Ranger" Broker - GIA Real Estate Group for home sales and buying/investing. While serving as an Airborne Ranger in the Army with three deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I also attended University of Hawaii - Manoa/Hawaii Pacific University and obtained a degree in business administration and finance. After retiring from the military as a Captain I became a licensed Texas Realtor, deciding to follow my passion "Real Estate" and also earned my MBA from Texas A&M.   Recently graduated from George W. Truett Seminary - Baylor University with a MA in Theology and Sports Studies.  With my personal experience and business knowledge in property investments, I can help you with whatever you need in Central Texas Real Estate and show you how to maximize benefits and work with the best people.

My top three priorities are God, my Wife, and my Children. This allows me to live a balanced life. My passion is real estate, I love people and love to help people achieve their own dreams. Real Estate has allowed me to achieve success by educating, training, and informing people on how they can achieve their own personal financial/real estate goals and most importantly taking care of those they love!

As the Brokerage Manager, I play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the seamless operation of our office and timely completion of tasks. Working hand-in-hand with the Broker, my primary concern is nurturing continuous growth within our office environment. Born in Tyler, Texas, but moved to McAllen in junior high. My life journey has been an enriching one, marrying my high school sweetheart, becoming a military wife, raising four wonderful children, and further expanding our family by becoming a proud foster parent and adopting two incredible boys. My education at Liberty University, coupled with my diverse life experiences, has shaped my worldview and work ethic. Finally settling in Central Texas, I have grown to love the dynamism and diversity of the area. I am enormously proud of our team and their shared commitment to helping others. A central pillar of my life and work is my faith; I am a firm believer that God Is Awesome (GIA).
